Returns<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Barnes and Moore, but in the event you should wish to return your items (S) please contact us within 14 days of receipt of purchase for an exchange or refund. It is important to contact us via email prior to shipping goods, as all refunds\/exchanges are subject to approval. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns are not accepted for made to order goods.<\/p>\n

Goods must returned unworn in their original unused condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. All shipping costs incurred for returning purchased items are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note we are unable to refund any shipping costs paid at the time of order. In the case of returning a ‘free shipping’ order, the shipping cost of sending the item to you will be deducted from the purchase amount .<\/p>\n

Free shipping applies to the retained value of the original order being \u00a3150.00 or over. A Shipping fee of \u00a37.00 will be deducted from refunds on returned goods where the retained value of the goods is below \u00a3150.00. <\/strong>We regret that we are unable to offer \u2018free shipping\u2019 to remote UK mainland areas, as defined by our partner courier Fedex.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Warranty & Exchanges<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Barnes and Moore products are hand made to stringent high standards, however, in the unlikely event that your item should prove to be faulty within 12 months of purchase, please return it to us and we will repair or exchange it free of charge or offer a credit note for the purchased value of the goods. This policy covers goods that are deemed faulty due to manufacturing or material error, and does not cover normal wear and tear or use of the product for any purpose other than for which is was intended. It is important to contact us via email prior to shipping goods, as all refunds\/exchanges are subject to approval. Returned goods are subject to inspection by our customer service team and a proof of purchase is required for all goods returned. All shipping costs incurred for returning purchased items are the responsibility of the purchaser.<\/p>\n

If you are returning goods from outside the UK, please mark the parcel with the statement \u2018Unsuitable goods \u2013 returned for exchange\u2019. The relevant \u2018goods for exchange\u2019 box must also be ticked\/stated on your country\u2019s customs label. If you fail to do this, the parcel will incur taxes and duties which must be paid prior to the item being released to us. If this situation should arise we will request that the sender pay any relevant fees\/duties prior to accepting the returned item into our care.
