ヘビーウェイトデニムのために作られたスーパーヘビーウェイトベルトで、幅の広いベルトを好む人のために作られました。48mm幅は、ほとんどのプレミアムデニムのベルトループにフィットするように設計されています。

ハンドメイドで、5-6mmの厚手の革（Oak Bark ）を使用しています。この革は、イングランドで最後に残ったoak bark のなめし工場で生産されています。レザーの工程についてはこちらをご覧ください。

• Oak bark tanned leather from the famous J & FJ Baker’s tannery in Devon, England. Reputed to be one of the best quality leathers in the world. Each piece of leather takes over 12 months to produce and is highly labour intensive, which is why there are only a handful of tanneries in the world who still produce leather this way.
• This leather is high quality full grain hide, meaning it may show some natural marking, which adds to the unique quality of each belt. It is naturally a firm leather, which becomes softer and more supple with use.

• 強度を保つため、またベルトが伸びないようにするために、プレミアムな「お尻」の革のみを使用しています。
• Every solid brass buckle is handmade using traditional ‘sandcast’ casting methods. The guys that make our buckles have been casting brass since 1837, so they’re pretty good at it. They also hold the Royal warrant as suppliers to the household of the King of England!

• Every belt comes complete with a 5ml bottle of neatsfoot oil used to condition the leather.

• 新品時には、ベルトに少量の白い「ブルーム」が出ることがあります。これは革の中のワックスが表面に出てくるために起こる自然な現象ですのでご心配なく。これは、革をブラッシングすることで簡単に取り除くことができます。白いブルームは革が「新品」の時にのみ発生し、しばらく使用すると消えていきます。
