Wir möchten, dass Sie mit Ihrem Kauf bei Barnes and Moore zufrieden sind, aber falls Sie Ihre(n) Artikel zurückgeben möchten, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt des Kaufs um einen Umtausch oder eine Rückerstattung zu veranlassen. Es ist wichtig, dass Sie uns vor dem Versand der Waren per E-Mail kontaktieren, da alle Rückerstattungen/Umtausche genehmigungspflichtig sind. Für alle Rücksendungen ist ein Kaufnachweis erforderlich.

Goods must returned unworn in their original unused condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. All shipping costs incurred for returning purchased items are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note we are unable to refund any shipping costs paid at the time of order. In the case of returning a ‘free shipping’ order, the shipping cost of sending the item to you will be deducted from the purchase amount .

Für den unwahrscheinlichen Fall, dass sich Ihr Artikel innerhalb von 12 Monaten nach dem Kauf als fehlerhaft erweisen sollte, senden Sie ihn bitte an uns zurück, und wir werden ihn kostenlos reparieren oder umtauschen oder Ihnen eine Gutschrift über den Kaufwert der Ware ausstellen. Diese Richtlinie gilt für Waren, die aufgrund von Herstellungs- oder Materialfehlern als fehlerhaft gelten, und deckt nicht die normale Abnutzung oder die Verwendung des Produkts für einen anderen als den vorgesehenen Zweck ab. Es ist wichtig, dass Sie uns vor dem Versand der Waren per E-Mail kontaktieren, da alle Rückerstattungen/Austausche genehmigungspflichtig sind. Zurückgesandte Waren unterliegen der Prüfung durch unseren Kundendienst, und für alle zurückgesandten Waren ist ein Kaufnachweis erforderlich. Alle Versandkosten für die Rücksendung gekaufter Artikel obliegen dem Käufer.

Falsche Größe oder Farbe?

If your purchased item should be the wrong size or colour please return it to us and we will happily exchange it. PLEASE NOTE: FOR EXCHANGES, WE WLL COVER THE SHIPPING COSTS OF RETURNING YOUR EXCHANGED GOODS BACK TO YOU. THIS APPLIES TO UK ORDERS ONLY, AND IS LIMITED TO ONE EXCHANGE PER PURCHASE. WE ARE HAPPY TO EXCHANGE PURCHASES ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, HOWEVER THE SHIPPING COST OF RETURNING THE EXCHANGED GOODS WILL REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER.

If you are returning goods from outside the UK, please mark the parcel with the statement ‘Unsuitable goods – returned for exchange’. The relevant ‘goods for exchange’ box must also be ticked/stated on your country’s customs label. If you fail to do this, the parcel will incur taxes and duties which must be paid prior to the item being released to us. If this situation should arise we will request that the sender pay any relevant fees/duties prior to accepting the returned item into our care. We would recommend contacting your chosen courier/postal service for advice prior to shipping to the UK as we reserve the right to refuse delivery of items with duties/fees owing. Please note we are unable to refund any shipping costs paid at the time of order.
