Is all your hardware really solid brass?

Yes, all our hardware, from our smallest rivets to our heavy duty buckles are solid brass, we insist on the best, and so should you!

Can I exchange my belt if it doesn’t fit?

Of course! If you purchase our standard sizes, we are happy to exchange your belt if it doesn’t fit. We regret that we aren’t able to exchange belts manufactured to customers’ bespoke supplied sizes. Please see our Returns Policy for details.

How do I care for my leather?

There are various products available to treat and protect leather, we recommend a simple coating of Neatsfoot oil, applied from time to time. You can purchase Barnes & Moore’s own Neatsfoot oil here.

What about caring for Barnes and Moore waxed cotton products?

Simply wipe with a damp cloth. Do not wash or dry clean. Waxed cotton can be re-finished when required, using relevant products.

How long will my item take to arrive?

We aim to ship your purchase within 2 working days. Delivery times will vary depending on location. Please see our shipping page for estimated shipping times. We will notify you by email when your goods have been despatched and also provide tracking details for your order.

How can I pay for my goods?

We accept Paypal, so you can use all major credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments. Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal?

No, you don’t need a Paypal account to use the payment facility.

Why do you charge shipping for some destinations?

We try to absorb shipping costs for our customers where we can, however carrier charges to some locations are too high to make this economically viable for us. In these circumstances we charge a nominal £10 fee to contribute to our shipping costs.
