- The natural grain and appearance of the hide is retained, and scars and natural marking may be visible. This is perfectly normal, and add to the unique beauty of each item made from it.
- Full grain leather is very expensive to produce, as the full hide is used to produce it, so you will only see it being used on the highest quality leather goods.

- Oak bark tanned leather from the famous J & FJ Baker’s tannery in Devon, England, reputed to be one of the best quality leathers in the world. Each piece of leather takes over 12 months to produce and is highly labour intensive, which is why there are only a handful of tanneries in the world who still produce leather this way
- Each hide is dyed individually by hand, so please allow for slight colour variation.
